The Far West Athletic Trainers’ Association (FWATA) ensures that no individual should be denied participation in CE programs offered by BOC Approved Providers on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, disability, military status, sexual orientation or age. FWATA ensures that sole credentialed Athletic Trainers can attend FWATA Education Programs. Sessions at this meeting will cover all 5 domains of athletic training: Injury/Illness Prevention and Wellness, Clinical Evaluation and Diagnosis, Immediate and Emergency Care, Treatment and Rehabilitation, and Organization and Professional Health and Well-Being. Educational sessions at this meeting, are intended for Certified Athletic Trainers, according to the education levels described by the PDC, and are either Essential/Advanced/Mastery Level programming.
