National Restaurant Association Show

Chicago is very expensive. The booth space is getting ridiculous. We can no longer send as many people

The grey carpet at each booth was not safe, after walking from the carpet of the hall then walking in a booth made one trip and fall and also saw other people do the same.On the last day we were given complimentary/free items to take and at the exit there were people asking for receipts which the booth owners did not have and was very inconvenient since there were too many people at the exit in a similar situation with confused looks on their faces especially when we were tired walking at the exhibition. Extremely inconvenient.

Food ingredients such as spice extracts, required by restaurants may be included as a section in the exhibition

Transportation and Registration were awesome.Suggest to have more choice of restaurants where we can seat, relax and enjoy a good meal.

It was great to find a supplier

Maybe more vendors for bars and taverns in one area. There was alot more technology based booths. Than in the past. Maybe a whole seperate pavilion for them.

When talking to Sue let her explain/scan why her product will be good for me. Tom Mohamed Ming aren't needed. Need more Vendors interested in the small guys like me. Caterers independents w receipts of $500k or less. Loved demonstration seminars.

Getting to and from the parking is confusing due to the venue's insufficient signage - it would be helpful for attendees if you would post additional temporary signs directing attendees

The show was beyond words. No words to describe it. If I have to choose a word it would be totally awesome the best. The education the food the people unbelievable

One day is not enough time give yourself 2 days or more to see the show, and speak with different vendors.

so many of the same items shown. esp in paper supplies. Also was there to talk to POS people and after 3 of them were so over the top pushy that we decided to stop looking

a must go if you're in our industry and serious about it. be prepared for long days as there is so much to explore.

It would be nice if the show floor could be organized by category a bit more. all clothing vendors together, packaging, food etc.

Not very well manage.needs lot up improvement.this is not like USA quality show.Needs more detail direction and sign or info for vendor.show both map is very poor design and info .too small letter too.over all resting too much time for finding right booth.

I learned so much and enjoyed connecting with others in the industry along with looking at new equipment and dishware.
