Parallax Art Fair

I learnt about how to better present my work from other exhibitors and visitors. I also learnt about the space I need to do this in and polished my sales pitch.I did have to ask to be moved because I had a side panel facing away from the traffic flow in Isle A and as a result was losing the opportunity to attract people to my work. Furthermore, I am a photographer and was situated next to another photographer whose work was much more visible to the traffic flow. He also had very similar style and I think the curation should have been better. If I hadn't asked to be moved I very much doubt I would have sold anything nor had the chance to network. Have to say the staff were amazing in organising the move for me. I did sell and made some good connections directly as a result of this. Full marks to all the staff on the ground. Very impressed.

Fantastic event!

I understood from one or two of the artists that the general quality pf works on display has improved over the years. However, I was disappointed . Some works were very good. Quite a few, not so. Beauty, however, beauty is in the eye of the beholder

Too crowded. I felt sorry for the artists stuck with no space to sit for hours, always in someone's way. Very hard to enjoy the artwork. Overall art quality was good, though I wished you had been a bit more selective in choosing your artists.

An interesting show with lots of delightful exhibits and hard-working exhibitors so good for a day out but two friends exhibited at this show at great cost,one travelling from abroad, and made no sales despite selling well online.

Good networking, great encouragement between artists.

As a painter showing my art, I was a bit disappointed because people coming there didn't come to buy. The location was very nice though and there were lots of people coming to the fair.

nice art and design things the venue lacked seating area in the bar/restaurant

Some good exhibitors, some however seemed amateur.

Was very interesting and beautiful. Please do not stop
