Annual Rotary Altamonte - Art, Craft & Wine Festival

The hours of the show were confusing and should have been clear and consistent on every piece of marketing material. The tent spaces on the south side were too close together and should have been monitored during set up. One person sets up 6” to the left or right and it messes it up for all the others. Didn’t see any of the organizers on Saturday to check in with vendors. Packets with our name tags, instruction etc would be nice. Offering booth sitting is a service most offer at these venues. No one controlled the one way traffic Sat am for early set up and vendors came in and parked going the wrong direction holding up other vendors. There was great foot traffic but not a lot of shoppers unfortunately. Also there were 4 of us doing similar art media work all out right next to each other. If this was a juried show, I would understand but it wasn’t (maybe next year it could be?)
