RSA VIC Branch Annual Symposium aim of this day is to provide participants the opportunity to learn about what else do we need to know outside the day to day of dialysis. From high flow AV fistulas to renal chemistry, transplant, and end of life decision making, this one-day event aims to discuss some of the more unique and complicated issues we face as renal professionals. This symposium will cover the most recent research and ethical and cultural considerations. All participants will gain knowledge and understanding about the impact of having high flow AVF, abnormal blood chemistry, life decisions patients have to make in dialysis and challenges in renal transplantation.
