No organization is immune to workplace violence, regardless of size, location, or industry. In today's uncertain times, safety and security are paramount. Factors like terrorism, layoffs, economic downturn, and political unrest contribute to increased stress and emotional distress, making workplace violence a real threat. Instructor was very knowledgeable and gave out some good information about things we need to know when handling the front desk; for example try not to have to many people in the lobby. I enjoyed this seminar it was very informative and helpful.
