I arrived expecting free entrance, which is what was suggested via 10Times. There was a significant charge at the door, so we did not go in. 10Times site very unclear about things. Even the Beauty event, which we did attend, did not have us regietered - when I confimed via 10Times I was attending. Very poor

Parking is extortionate at ÂŁ20!!! Avoid parking at excel. Lots of roads closed on the way home too

Very disappointing..over the last 20 years it has changed...shrunk..beyond belief. Sign off the times? But ÂŁ24 for a ticket when Buauty in April was ÂŁ10 and not that different is excessive. Cost us around ÂŁ250.00 for 5, expensive for what was there.
