Overall, it was a very good day. The drawback was an iron I purchased for $200. When I got home and opened it, it had clearly been used. It was dirty and scratched. Hoping that the company will set it straight.

I took 8 classes at the show. I began sewing with interest a year ago and have much to learn. I loved taking the classes and was introduced to quite a few sewing techniques. I enjoyed leaning about quilting with templates. My favorite artist was Laura Murray. I took all of her classes and bought a lot of her supplies. Her oil paint stick use for art work and quilts was amazing!

I loved the quality and variety of vendors. The animal quilt gallery was outstanding, but I did not care for the political quilt gallery and I found it quite offensive.
