State Career Development Conference

State Career Development Conference brings together marketing education prepares high school students for rewarding careers in marketing, management and entrepreneurship. DECA, a school-to-work student organization, enhances that education by providing marketing related activities and leadership development based directly on classroom study. DECA's activities also focus on competition at the district, state and international levels in specific occupational skills, leadership development and management training and leadership conferences.
