I kindly request organizers pay an attention about the Taxi services who are not using the shuttle service. Many participants suffered with very unethical taxi rates and had stood hours get a taxi with a reasonable fair. Next time pls consider about this discuss with taxi companies and arrange it in professional manner.

Name Tag scanner will be helpful for both exhibitor and visitor. Food coupon at the Sky restaurant food court is time consuming, over crowded and took more than an hour to queue for buying coupon and ordering food follow by looking for seat. Yet some stalls take cash only and and some the other way round. Resulted some waste on unspent coupon.

I would suggest provision of shuttles to and fro from most of the hotels as transport to and fro from the event center was quite challenging.
