Symposium On Language Learning And Teaching

"To improve the foreign language learning and teaching across the world"
The Bremen Symposium would like to offer a platform to shed light on this field of tension from the point of view of language teaching and learning research as well as the reference sciences, to point out interdisciplinary approaches and thereby to focus on the learners. For this purpose, the foreign language teaching at the universities must interlock with adjacent areas such as neurolinguistics and neurodidactics, as well as they should incorporate concepts of multilingualism didactics, translanguaging and language awareness. It should also be shown how such concepts can be put into practice in the curricula and the everyday classroom.
