For what we paid seems like all vendors were giving us a lot sausage related samples. Very few actually gave out brisket, ribs, turkey. It was sausage with cheese and pickles . Or sausage with onions and a crackers with a sauce....the few vendors who actually gave u a brisket slice weren't good at all.. Next year I'd rather attend Saturday and pay for what I want to get. It's a BBQ fest so none of this infusion cue. Straight up brisket,ribs and chicken with a slice of bread.
