Transform to Agile looks at the agile transformation from a technological perspective and serves to prepare a digital transformation. Both the agile and digital transformation is necessary for companies today to be able to meet the constantly changing market situation. With a special track spread over both conference days, we want to take a closer look at the role of the works council during an agile transformation. As we understand it, the works council must be involved in an agile transformation at an early stage in order to be able to contribute the required added value and successfully complete the transformation.
