The Fort Lauderdale edition of Maritime Week Americas is focused on new and emerging fuels and technologies, an area that traditional bunker suppliers are increasingly having to embrace as international regulations and consumer demand ratchet up the pressure to reduce emissions and run on ‘greener’ more sustainable fuels. Traditional bunkering within the Americas will also be covered, with a focused look at how these may have changed or adapted to new market conditions over the last three years. The week will include the MWA Conference as well as several spectacular networking events.

Seafarers' welfare organizations have needed tremendous agility to respond to each new challenge. NAMMA's conference will explore how to find balance as seafarers' ministries to serve effectively, but also how to encourage balance in the lives of the seafarers we serve and in our own lives. The conference will welcome more than 100 representatives of local and international seafarers' welfare organizations but is open to all other partners in the wider maritime community.
