Aqua Turf Club

I spent New Year’s Eve at the AquaTurf’s Wagon Room. The venue was nicely decorated and the price of $280 per couple was in line with the food and entertainment. There was an open bar cocktail hour with every kind of hor d’oeuvre you could think of. The Surf and Turf dinner was also excellent. The Savage Brothers Band played great 1950’s to 1980’s tunes, which were perfect for the more mature crowd.The only complaint that really ruined the evening was that the other New Year’s Eve Party in the main room had a DJ and catered to a younger crowd. These younger patrons were allowed to walk through the passageway between the two rooms. They would bring their drinks and dance with them, spilling drinks all over the dance floor. No one wants to dance on a wet floor and possibly slip and fall. The wait staff had to towel dry the floor between band sets. These uninvited guests also just left empty glasses on the guest tables in the Wagon Room. We did not like having to c
