The Aktionsforum Praterinsel is located in an old fashioned historical building and is a leading exhibition centre in Munich. Privately financed, the Read Moreevents facility is ideally located on an island in the River Isar and is characterized by the interpretations and rich illustrations of art from the 20th century including those of new and unknown artists. It comprises of 1,500 sq mt studios and provides 2 guest studios that can be rented out to foreign artists one at a time for a year. The centre also provides a small gallery that can be used for hosting concerts, private parties, exhibitions, and one can conduct other events in the courtyard. Formed in the year of 1992, the center has emrged out as an enviable forum in Germany.
