I can't understand why the council allow shows on this ground when they cause chaos on the local roads. When there is a show on there is so much congestion that it takes more than 2 hours to get from the A34 to the M4, a journey of probably less than 1 mile. For those visiting the showground it can take as long a 3 hours to cover the last few miles before the entry to the ground. Think carefully before you decide to visit or you maye end up doing what we did, which was giving up after queueing for about 2 hours and going home. Tickets are non-refundable, so I can't get my money back.
