The largest literary event in Nevada is the Las Vegas Book Festival, which celebrates the written, spoken, and illustrated word annually and is free and open to the public.

I think you'd have more author booths if you lowered their price and removed the insurance requirement. The event organizer should have insurance to cover issues at any booth. This even would be even better with 25 - 30 authors. The wind storm didn't help the day. But you couldn't control that.
