Women in A/AA Canberra Summit

This panel will discuss gender parity lessons from the space sector and the priorities for hiring in the Australian space industry, compared to current recruitment practices. The panel will also examine the changing relationship between women and defense in the past decade, and the challenges and opportunities for the future. Additionally, it will highlight the experiences of students and young professionals and explore their readiness for the current industry landscape. Lastly, Aviation/Aerospace Australia is a not-for-profit organization that aims to support the long-term health of Australia's aviation and aerospace industries while acknowledging the traditional custodians of the lands they work on.
