This program teaches effective communication skills for e-discovery issues, including drafting a 26(f) report and discussing an ESI protocol. Attendees will review mock reports and learn to present arguments in informal discovery conferences. They will also analyze sample discovery requests and learn to defend against unreasonable requests and obtain digital information from uncooperative plaintiffs.
