More programs, classes, presentations, innovation, technology, etc.,. Attendance of classes or speakers should not be extra cost. Many smaller companies cannot afford to send their employees to learning sessions. Exhibit hall was nothing too interesting... same as all the shows.

ASE is offering tech training for all the High voltage EV coming to a dealer near you .

The people ( not working) the Ram area was very disappointing. After trying to get someone to take to me and not themselves was a long process. After I got someone that would talk to me. They had no answers for me. If I spend the money to come to a show I should be able to get answers. Ford had the answers on the truck I was looking at.

the only think that I thought was bad ,but isn't in your control im sure . 2 salesman in two different booths the first one walks up and says how the F_ _ _ are you . I knew him and he knows i dot talk like that , the second uses the GD word ,

Once again the NTEA show was outstanding we go every year and always buy something from the show never disappointed great show great people great time
