Worldwide Distilled Spirits Conference

The Scottish Section of the Institute of Brewing & Distilling is delighted to host the seventh Worldwide Distilled Spirits Conference at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC), in the heart of Scotlanda€™s capital, from the 5th a€" 8th September 2021. Ita€™s almost 40 years since the first conference in the series conceived by The Institute of Brewing. The 2021 conference will build on the success of the Glasgow 2017 conference to bring together academic, business, trade, government and media experts to share knowledge and learn about the latest innovations across all aspects of distilling. As well as focusing on spirit production, the conference will expand its reach to include the latest developments in product protection and authentication. The conference will include thought-provoking presentations, posters and an extensive trade exhibition in a world class, purpose -built venue fitting to showcase a€˜the spirit of diversity, knowledge and innovationa€™.
