Cultural Heritage of Yemen in the Hands of Young People will inform project partners about the progress made, emerging needs and opportunities, and will address intervention priorities. In addition, the event will explore opportunities to develop current partnerships by further involving local associations and youth organizations. A thematic panel on youth and cultural heritage will be followed by a music concert led by a Yemeni group as well as a photographic exhibition. The exhibition presents the work of international photographers, young photographers and enthusiasts of Yemen. It will raise awareness among the general public about the rich tangible and intangible heritage of Yemen, as well as the damage linked to the conflict while highlighting the stories of engagement of young activists in the cultural field.
