This year’s conference will provide a forum for participants to evaluate exemplar advanced primary care practices with proven results; collaborate face-to-face with leaders across diverse sectors who are advancing strategies to strengthen primary care; and join with colleagues advocating for payment and delivery reforms, including more investment in primary care. The program will be heavily shaped by the major events of 2020 – the coronavirus pandemic, national conversations about racism .. continue reading and racial and economic equity, and the November general election. All of these events have had an impact on primary care and have resulted in both positive and not-so-positive changes. PCC Executive Members are invited to attend an exclusive workshop, Primary Care Investment 2.0—State Innovation, on December 2, the day after the annual conference. The half-day session will build on PCC’s first primary care investment workshop hosted in fall 2018. This year’s convening will bring together PCC Executive Members along with state leaders, policymakers, and advocates to highlight lessons learned, engage with each other, tackle emerging issues, and discuss shared agendas for advancing investment in primary care in 2021 and beyond. This Live activity, Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative (PCPCC) Annual Fall Conference, with a beginning date of 11/10/2016, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 7.00 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians.
