We are Atulya Medilink Pvt Ltd a manufacturing company from IndiaLast year we had participated in there expo as an exhibitor named by Asia pharmacon expo which is there first edition from 9th November 2023 to 10 th November 2023.They had showed in there website that there will be 200+ exhibitors. On there manipulating strategy we exhibit there in diamond sponsorship which cost us around 7 lac for only space and advertising rest stall designing of stall cost us around 3 lac.On reaching there we got to know that we are the only one who are sponsoring this event.Also on the day of expo we also got to see that there are only 22 stalls filled and the management is very very low there is no carpets no cleaning staff and there is no management team.When we discussed this with them for the refund they refused on immediate basis and when other exhibitors asked them they send us an email in which they promised to refund our amount but when we get back from there we recieved an legal notice

Don't waste money with this organizer they are not able to bring the public.We already waste our money in Bengaluru expo. Organizer has committed to refund money but they refused to refund and they send legal notice to all members.😔😔

We recently took part Asia Pharmacon 2023 is one of the most disappointing shows The organizers failed to invite visitors, and only 28 stalls were set up. Over the course of two days, less than 200 people attended. Despite organizers promises of a 50 pecentage refund, exibitors received a legal notice from the organizers. I request all not to participate in any show organised by this organizers
